Nearly New Uniform

 

We know that the cost of living is making it hard to afford things like uniform, we hope that making 'nearly new' uniform available will support families to be able to send their children to school in uniform.

 

Parents are able to:

 

  • Donate outgrown, pre-loved uniform to the school office

  • Have year round access to a range of nearly new uniform available in the school main entrance

 

Please come and help yourself. 

 

 

Our School uniform consists of:

Children are expected to wear school uniform to school every day. Please mark all clothing (including shoes) with your child's name.

P.E./Games Kit

(Children joining the School in Reception are given their first set of P.E. kit.)

 

All children are able to come in to school in their PE kit on the days they have PE lessons. 

 

.

Plain blue shorts, plain white t-shirt (or with school logo) and pumps.

 

For games, trainers may be worn instead of pumps.  It is essential that children have a change of pumps or trainers for outdoor games and P.E.  During cold weather, children should bring a pair of plain blue/black/grey joggers and sweatshirt to wear.

 

Swimming (usually Year 3): suitable costume, towel, waterproof bag. Long hair should be tied back

 

Reminders:

 

Accessories

Any hair accessories should be small and in school uniform colours (blue or grey). 

 

Nails

Nail varnish and nail extensions are not permitted.

 

Jewellery

Children should not wear jewellery to school, except for wrist watches (no smart watches). Children who have pierced ears may wear one pair of small, plain studs only.  These need to be independently removed for P.E./games/swimming.

 

Please remember that school does not accept any responsibility for any personal items that children bring into school.
